Probate

After the passing of a loved one, a variety of questions arise regarding how the affairs of the deceased should be handled. While estate matters may at times be complicated, there may be alternative avenues in the probate process which apply to your circumstances. It may be appropriate to probate your loved one's Will as a muniment of title. It may be possible to probate your loved one's estate through a small estate affidavit. While these less expensive alternatives may be available, be sure to consult with an attorney to assure your circumstances meet the applicable requirements.
I can consult with you regarding your particular needs involving the probate of your loved one's estate,  whether  he or she died with or without a Will. I believe that empowering you with knowledge during a time of uncertainty and acting as a guide through the probate process alleviates the anxiety of carrying out the wishes of your loved one.
